What do you mean?
Security software means usually antivirus.
Written cds cannot be deleted after burning, they are secured.
If you need burning software, the most used is Nero. If you need free alternatives to Nero, use source bellow.

do you need security software that can protect your data on your cd ,can you explain your question a little bit more,if you want a security software that can protect your data on your pc,cd and USb as well then I would recommend you Folder Lock.you can find it here.
