download CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com/download

uninstall programme via CCleaner then run registry checker available in the same software

or use Total Uninstaller from
http://www.martau.com/tu_download.php

however you should remove or delete some main registry information manually by running "regedit32" from Run Command.
