i want to change my user account setting to make it to user fast switching it say i need to uninstall a progam?

i try to change the option that allows user fast switching and welcome
screen for windows xp and it says u need to uninstall a software and it gives me the text RtlGina.dll to find that program or software
i need help in finding that software or program

      Search your computer for all files and folders(including hidden ones) for rtlgina.dll. Then when it finds it, right click on the file, and click properties. Click on the version tab, and look for the product name on the right side, click it, and it should tell you what software that .dll file is associated with.
