I want to replace the msgina.dll with a modified one of my own. But seeing as it is being used what do I do?

the msgina.dll is the dll that has the graphics for the classic log on. I modified it and don’t know how to get it back in because it says that the process is still in use. Also it won’t let you end the winlogon process so help!!!

try replacing it under safe mode, otherwise a system restore should revert back to the original
