i want to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1.exe but my computer wont let me?

i am runing windows xp home i am going away for a few week so i want to know what programs i need to uninstall to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1.exe so below is a list of all my programs except my personal ones i know are runing with out it
