I want to uninstall Norton Protection Program?

I have went thru control panel, reboot using administrator and it will not allow me to uninstall and use AT&T protection. Can you help

      download and run the norton removel tool

      You can try uninstalling it in safe mode, restart your computer and hit F8 as soon as possible, then once you are in safe mode, try uninstalling it there.

      still dosent work, then you can give the link that the first person answered a try.
