i tried to uninstall yahoo messenger, but a massage window named Wise Uninstall pops up as: " Could Not Open Install.Log File", and it remains untouched, and from other side I wont be able to sign in either, plz help, thank in advance.

Yahoo messenger is not that easy to get rid of. The left invalid registry entries do cause malfunction of ur system if u have an unclean deletion.
If ur control panel doesnt help,
1. U can try "Uninstall" function of perfect uninstaller. Find it in the uninstall list, click "Uninstall" button n follow its wizard.
2. Reboot ur pc>press F8 into safe mode with network>run perfect uninstaller if u have>look at "Force Uninstall" section of the page.
