i’am trying to download security software that is supposed to be included with my account.?

i try to download the anti-virus security software that is included with my account. it says it is not available at this time. so does this mean i'am not protected? i recently switched service from comcast to att. comcast had the McAfee security included free with the account. although i don't have comcast anymore i was still receiveving the security free of charge. i was told you shouldn't run two security systems, i then deleted all of the McAfee software, and now i can't download the free security software included with my att. account? if i had known this, i wouldn't have taken the McAfee off. now, they want me to pay for it. i want the security that att is supposed to provide with the account.
