One thing is for sure, you really shouldn't go deleting registry items without knowing for sure that they won't affect your OS. Sometimes when you need to delete specific items off your drive permanently, you need to have your drive taken out and scanned by another computer. You can accomplish this by getting an external hard drive casing for your specific HD size, and running scans from a 'safe' computer. If you have to turn on the infected computer, only run in Safe Mode, and without network connections.

When using SmitFraudFix, you NEED to upload the results txt to a forum group that can help you identify which specific items to be rid of. Check and double-check, otherwise, you may end up really damaging your system.

Also, through the external drive, save any items you REALLY need to back-up!

Let me know if this help!

Manual Removal of IE AntiVirus 3.3:

Manual removal may be slightly dangerous if one would not follow the guidelines strictly and attentively and may be insufficient if other malignant applications were installed.

Remove IE AntiVirus 3.3 files and dll’s:
      IE AntiVirus 3.3.lnk
      IE AntiVirus 3.3.lnk
      antivir.exe
      ieav.db2
      ieav.db3
      uninst.exe

Unregister IE AntiVirus 3.3 registry values:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\IE AntiVirus
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Bind
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IEAntiVirus
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\IE AntiVirus
      - UninstallString = “%ProgramFiles%\IEAntiVirus\Uninstall.exe”
      - InstallLocation = “%ProgramFiles%\IEAntiVirus”
      - DisplayName = “IE AntiVirus”
      - DisplayIcon = “%ProgramFiles%\IEAntiVirus\ANTIVIR.exe,0″
      - DisplayVersion = “3.3″
      - VersionMajor = 0×00000002
      - VersionMinor = 0×00000002
      - NoModify = 0×00000001
      - NoRepair = 0×00000001

      - antispy = “%ProgramFiles%\IEAntiVirus\ANTIVIR.exe”
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ThemeManager
      - SystemID = 0×00000000
      - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IEAntiVirus
      - Path = “%ProgramFiles%\IEAntiVirus., You should also get superantispyware free Edition, download, update, and run an in depth scan in safe mode.,) Hope I helped.
