I have iehelper.dll thing in my computer. I am afraid if i clean it up with sophos it will have a rundll error once i start up my computer. Help please.

Just bring up the Task Mgr and remove it from the running process…after that is done…go to CNet.com..downloads and download this product (free) to clean it up…..
