This is a known spyware program that is part of the transponder variant. This program is also considered adware and will display popup advertising on your computer. This monitors websites that you are viewing, and information you are entering in your browser, and exchanges this information with remote sites for tracking your habits. Iehelper.dll can also be under various other names to make it harder to remove, and its the reason why you are getting popups on your pc. This is also called aurora spyware by many, and it is a difficult one to eliminate.
