Those are visitors from other countries, not muslim American citizens.
They do not monitor American born Muslims.

I sincerely doubt the federal court is monitoring muslims. Like they don’t have enough to do now. They may delegate their power to the CIA, or FBI, and have some one trained in surveillance, but I don’t think the Fed. court is doing the job.

Niether should be monitored. section 1 of the 14th ammendment, specifically protects minorities against the insanity of the masses
