i’m using kasper internet security but it can’t download all viruses. i recently got a trojan virus & since than my computer has become a house of millons of virus. but using kasper i couldn’t delete all of them & now the number of viruses are on the rise.
to save my computer i want to download AVG, as i’ve heart that it is good.
so if i use both kasper & AVG would it crate any problem?
can u tell me from where can i download AVG for free?
PLEASE HELP!

It’s very strange that Kaspersky is helpless at viruses because it’s a monster antivirus. Have you run it in safe mode? Is it updated? Is it fully functional? Anyway, I see no reason why you should switch to AVG because it’s not better than Kaspersky.

If these services fail to delete your viruses, it’s evident that your problems are not virus-related and Kaspersky is doing its job well.

I would suggest that you probably do NOT have a virus infection but a malware infection which antivirus programs will not remove.
The following 3 free programs have high success rates in removing malware:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

Its free with Google pack, untick all boxes except Spyware Doctor. Download install, update and run.
