If I purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus why is it saying that my trial key expired?

I bought it and had it installed at Best Buy. Anybody know what is wrong?

      Well if you purchased it as you say you would not have

      a trial key to expire…..if you click on licence ….what

      does it say there….should be a number ….an expiry date

      and it also tells you how many days are left.
