If I uninstall iTunes and install it again, will my jamglue music still be there?

Most of my music is from jamglue but iTunes says I have to unistall it and re-install it or else it wont work. Will my jamglue music that is on my iPod sync when I intall iTunes and put in my iPod?
Yes, I know it does that with music that I bought from iTunes but what about jamglue music?
