iTUNES keeps saying it cannot open because the folder cannot be found, so I’m thinking the only solution is to uninstall then reinstall iTUNES.
Where should I save them to on my computer?

Most likely yes. If you uninstall iTunes, then be sure to save all of your songs in a different place so they won’t get erased, just in case.

Wouldn’t just sync’ing it to your ipod accomplish this? Or am I missing something?
