Every time I open up iTunes then go to the iTunes store it says, “iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.” I’ve restarted my computer and that didn’t work. I know my network connections are fine because I can get on the internet with no problem. I was thinking if I uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes, maybe that would make it work, but I’m afraid doing that will erase all my songs in my library.
