Ihave installed windows Xp 2007but it dont show the volume control icon of the taskbar and also not open help?

When I run a song or any other file like that I can only see video and unable to lisen voice . I have internal speaker installed in CPU. Befor installing this new windows speakes runs absolutely fine and also it opens help and support center in the control paneel which is now not opening . Now there is no icon of volume control also on the task bar beside timer.

      sounds like there may be different solutions to your problem, here is one that works for me.

      1. click on my computer> control Panel> Systems> Device manager

      2. once you are in device manager, click on the audio tree. if there is a YELLOW "!" icon. uninstall that audio driver.

      3. reboot your computer

      4. repeat step 1.

      5. check to see your audio driver has been auto-reinsnstalled

      Dude ! you are fooled from whom you have taken this windows Xp 2007 because if you log on to microsoft website you"ll find that this type of windows doesn't exist , it is just modified by third party , and in that it is just corrupted , so use original windows you"ll find no problems
