illegal System DLL Relocation, what do i do to fix it?

i have xp sp3. i cant install many softwares.

this is the error: The system user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation accurred because the DLL C:\WINOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLl should be contacted for a new DLL.

      Hmm….it looks like you or a program you installed has been messing around with your system files. Just install XP on top of your current installation, it will replace all system files and leave all your files and settings behind. That way you will end up with a working Windows XP install and same settings (even your wallpaper will be the same).
