ok so I have been trying to update AVG 7.5 to 8.0…
An error tells me "The connection failed"
YES I am aware others have askes this exact question(I tried all their solutions,still not updating)
YES I really have tried everything
Does anyone have any other ideas?
I have AVG & also SuperAntispyware & everytime I try to connect to internet AVG tells me i have a HTML/FRAMER virus (yes i know what that is) but I am able to connect to the internet and browse. So my connection is fine.
***AVG version 8.0 has already been purchased.

download the trial version from the original website and start installation it will automatically ask you to upgrade and uninstall the old version.

try uninstalling v7.5 then instal v8.0, then update to v8.2 the current v out now
