my computer has a virus or spyware or something, and iv ran avg and mcafee a couple of times and they have removed all they could find. but when i try to install the spyware software (spybot search and destroy, lavasoft's ad-aware, and windows defender) it, the 'virus', keeps on quiting the instalation.
the spybot error message is
- movefile failed; code 5. access is denied.
windows defender says that i should check to make sure i have sufficient privileges to install system services
and adware basicly says the same thing.
anyhelp would be great

create a new admin privileged user, and use it to install/run your cleaning software.

first make sure your username is an administrator.
then try it again…if that doesnt work you can go here for a free virus scan by norton..lemme noe if that helps
