Its saying that because it cannot find the install path, it cannot be removed. Because of a file bdfree.msi. The only place that i can find where BitDefender even shows up is in the add/remove programs list. I downloaded the BitDefender uninstaller straight from the BitDefender website, that dont work. I tried reinstalling it from the website, then uninstalling. No luck. I dont know if a system restore would work because she dont wanna lose what shes downloaded recently. Anybody help?
I tried Ccleaner, as well as Glary Utilities, thinking it may have been a registry issue, rebooted, and it still shows up in the add/remove programs like its still there.
Jus tried Revo. Says the same thing. The exact message is:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘bdfree.msi’ in the box below
After removing everything Revo found, its still in the add/remove programs.
