i have gone so far as went to search on my windows programs, clicked on TS and pressed UNINSTALL and it pops up saying total security is for research or whatever not letting me unistall or delete it wants me to get a security code or register ….HELP

Download, install, update and run full scans, in safe mode*, with these programs…

Then re-start.
If you can’t run a scan, go into the scanner’s folder and re-name the .exe file to something like ‘MyFile.exe’ and try in safe mode again. Some malware prevent the execution of anti spy/mal/virus scans by blocking them by name.
You should consider getting a good Anti-Virus program.

You got trojans that promote that scamware.
Get a good anti-spyware program like malwarebytes anti-malware, superantispyware or spyware doctor.
