In Photoshop what PC commands = Mac commands?

I’m watching these really great and hilarious videos called “You Suck at Photoshop” but all the commands he gives are Mac based. Can anyone give me a simple list showing what the equals are on my PC? There’s Option and Command and any others that are not the same on PC.

Oh gosh, I hope I remember right. lol My photoshop teacher constantly switches between a Mac and a PC and I think these are the ones that you need to know.

Command = Control key
Option = Alt key
