installing a vista theme, says to replace 42.txt in System32\shell32.dll\UIFILE 42\ which doesnt exist, HELP!?

trying to install the scuro theme for vista which I got from their website and the one part of the process, which I beleive makes windows appear semi-transparent, is asking me to replace a file that doesn't exist… I can find shell32.dll but .dll files aren't folders so how can contain the uifile 42 file which it says it contains… have asked every techie friend I have causing much confusion to everyone, any help would be greatly appreciated!
