Installing iTunes on my laptop. (Vista Home Premium)

When I try to install iTunes on my laptop it tells me to launch the setup using another application, however I don’t know what to use, or if this is even necessary. Help?

      just go to apple.com/ and you go to downloads and you will see the itunes download or quicktime :p both of them work
