It gives a Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage message It does not work on any webpage at all however my other web browsers safari and Firefox work fine I am using windows vista home premium eddition
I need IE for software I use

thats because IE sucks. i had that case before thats because the web page sometimes doesn't display properly (don't ask me why). Just set firefox as ur default, and 4get about IE.

some websites are only compatible with firefox and safari because of either there plugins or they dont like the way internet explorer works

Quick fix: Don't use Internet Explorer.
