July 28th, 2008 · 3 Comments

Every time I try to open internet explorer, i get an error message. This has been happening for about 3 months now.. and I finally realized I should seek help on Yahoo-Answers.

Here is a picture of the error…
I have NO clue what it means..

Mozilla Firefox works fine, and it is what i'm using right now.

Thank you in advanced!
UPDATE!!!
I tried to re-download internet explorer

after the 'extracting' screen appears, it extracts almost 100% then says this message:

if the error keeps on coming try downloading
      internet explorer again

That is a registry error, most likely caused by a power outage or a virus, maybe a multi-processing error.

The only way to fix this is to go on Mozilla and download Internet Explorer 7; after it is downloaded, delete the original program file of IE, this will remove the keys that are causing the error.

Then install the program, it should work fine. If it doesn't, send me an IM on Yahoo Messenger.

i had a similar problem, firefox worked great but IE was crap, normally i wouldnt even use IE but some webpages dont display correctly in firefox. Try running this scan, its from microsoft itself and they really did a good job on it.

or you could try downloaind the latest version of IE and then reinstalling it

      goodluck!
