Internet Explorer pop up spyware?

okay, so here’s the deal:

I never use IE, ever! But about two days ago, these IE spyware pop up keep opening by themselves. I’ve deleted IE off my programs list, I’ve tried deleting the file folder (to no avail because it says the program s running), I’ve tried terminating the program in Task Manager, and it’s no use.

I ran all my spyware and virus checkers and have gotten nothing, so what’s wrong with my computer?
