It popped up before and said there was a threat detected. I exited out and restarted the computer. But it came up again, so I clicked 'check for threats' or something. Then the page came up and said it found…
Spyware threat
Spyware amount: 5
System Protection Rate: low
So now my options are "Full System Clean-Up" which removes all viruses and spyware programs or "Protect System Now" to protect my system from spyware threats.
So what do I do? This hasn't happened before. I'm afraid it's a scam because it came up both times while I was on the internet. This is the link, if it helps:

I thought Spyware was a good thing? Please help, I don't want to kill my computer.

it sounds like its a spyware program if its popping up…
Yahoo/google SDFix download that and unzip it to C: drive then restart computer into safe mode (turn off and on and press f8 and switch to safe mode) run the catch me in the unzipped SDFix folder
Also run programs such as SuperAntispyware, Spybot search & destroy, and Avast!
These are all free programs that work great and i use everyday in the IT field

You have a Zlob variant., 2 things you need to do, get superantispyware free edition, download, update, and run an in depth scan in safe mode, it will find a lot of crap that the others miss, second download malwarebytes and do the same, it should take care of your problam., Other than that your only other alternative would be to remove it manually, and that is one heck of a job., Good luck.
