When i disable Norton Anti Virus i am unable to access some websites ( mail.yahoo.com, any downloading sites/ any secure sites) but when i re-enable norton i am able to access everything fine.
My computer OS is windows XP SP2 ( couldn’t install SP3) its an old computer about 5 years but it still makes no sense why when anti virus is disabled i am unable to surf the internet.

in fact i don’t like internet explorer because it is bad ,old and slow. but i think you can use (mozilla firefox 2) not 3 and u won’t have troubles any more and u can access any websites . try it and tell me ur opinion please . u will be happy
