is a tracking cookie as bad spyware?

because i ran a spyware scan and this stupid tracking cookie keeps making random websites popup onto my computer and it won't go away even when i tell the antspyware thing to remove it… and also, is there a way to remove it completly
the few that keep showing up and causing problems are zedo and mygeek…
and fastclick and doubleclick

      try "spybot" you download it for free but are requested to make a "donation" you can if you like the choice is yours,it scans for harmful spyware and gives you information regarding any tracking cookies policy, harmful or not.
      there are also "opt out" options in most tracking cookie sites so go into them and check it out it is normally in the privacy section so try that way.but not all cookies are bad just some my dinger has to be the chocolate chip ones! hehehehe
