it looks pretty legit but all the other antispyware websites ive tried to go to block me but this one doesn’t. is it a scam to infect my computer more?

I can only recommend SUPERAntiSpyware. It does a great job and it’s a free program.

Just trust those sites that are known and mostly used by users like Avast, Bit Defender, Nod and a lot more….
