I bought Panda Antivirus and firewall a while back, I cannot get it to activate. I try their email reminder, but it never sends me an email. I have emailed customer support, and I received no response. I am wondering if this is just how they are (a terrible company) and if I should give up and consider the money wasted, or have people had good experience with them and it is just a weird glitch I should try to work through. At this point I hate them, because I have wasted far more time than such software should ever involve.

I think their costumer support sucks…because according to you they don't really care about the costumer

Get their as* on the phone and demand your money back. These are some of the best programs and they have pretty good support.
