Is it ok if I have AVG, Zone Alarm and Ad-Aware on the same computer?

April 25th, 2008 · 3 Comments

Hey everybody, I'd like to know if it's fine if I use AVG free edition as my antivirus, Zone Alarm for Firewall and Ad-Aware as an spyware remover?

I am just wondering if I can have these 3 together on the same computer working correctly

thanks for your help

That's a great combination. Zone alarm can be a little over-the-top and nagging, but if you've got a straight shot to the Internet, it can be a godsend.

It may slow things down a little for you, but it's a good trade-off for a secure system.

      no problem. caveate:
you MUST turn off windows firewall if you use Zone Alarm
