Is it ok to install windows Vista on a non dual core nor quad core PC??

My Pc is pentium 4 and I wanna install windows vista in it. Is it ok??

      It will be slow, but sure, no problem.

      First off, I would recommend looking at the mimum requirements to run Vista.

      Home basic:
      1GHz CPU, 512 MB memory

      All others:
      1GHz CPU, 1 GHZ memory

      The dual and quad core will have your programs running faster, but if you can handle the mimum requrements, then you should be fine.
