I run a sorting operation, and we have to connect to a remote desktop to gain access to pick tickets and shipping software, and I dont think the remote desktop is protected because we are constantly getting attacked by different forms of malware and spyware. We have Symantec and StopZilla so we can combat the programs but I would like to eliminate the problem.

It is possible to get a virus anywhere. I would make sure everything is protected.

Some apyware, adware, worms, malware, viruses can attach to files you are getting from another computer, so if you're not careful you might accidentally catch one of these.
