What version of windows r u running?
ill tell ya any ways genrally lol
in add/remove programs in control pannel (or Programs and Features in vista) there is a button on the left side of the window that should say somthin like add/remove windows Components try using that..
I not 100% sure that will work tho. Also if ur tryin to get rid of genuine advantage google it and u will find ways

Sure, go to add/remove programs and click on Show Updates then remove as you would any other program.

please mention you Operating system
if xp you have that option but its hidden
if Vista or Windows 7 you have this option on your right hand side of automatic updates
To open automatic updates
START—>type AUTOMATIC UPDATE and click ENTER
