Is it safe to uninstall C:\softpaq\sp26437\driver\s3gsetup from my computer?

Installing the newest version of my anti-virus requires it.
The file is C:\softpaq\sp26437\s3gsetup

      If you know that SP26437 was previously installed on your PC it should be OK to delete that file, as Softpaqs are usually only the installation files for a specific update to Compaq computers.

      You might also want to try searching the support section of the Compaq website to see if they have any recommendations for your specific situation. And if you still need SP26437 later you can download it from Compaq again.
