Is it safe to uninstall these programs?

I’m cleaning up my computer (using Revo Uninstaller) and I’ve backed it up and everything but I can’t find information about whether its safe to uninstall these programs (and even what some of them are!)

Cisco EAP-FAST Module
Cisco LEAP Module
Cisco PEAP Module
HP Customer Experience Enhancements
HP Doc Viewer
Hauppauge MCE XP/Vista Software Encoder (2.0.25149)
Bonjour

What are these programs for and are they necessary for my computer?
