Is McAfee Dead? What’s Wrong with their Website!?

I purchased a 2-year subscription online, guess what, they take my money and I can’t download anything!! It either gives me a 404 broken link or when I try to contact customer service, they provided me a phone number that has been disconnected. It has been 1 month since I submitted a complaint to them via customer service. NOTHING! I only had an auto reply and that was it! Are they trying to cheat my money or what? Sheesh! So folks who are thinking of making an online purchase, think again. I am going back to Norton. They provided EXCELLENT customer service, resolved all my issues by phone within 5 min! Such a vast difference! I’m really peeved with McAfee.
