ok so today i bought assassins creed and i wanted to install it on my laptop which is a dell inspiron 1525
but every time i try to play it the game only shows the intro before it crashes
the game says i meet all the minimum requirements (are the requirements different for a laptop?) cause on my laptop it says 2ghz is the minimum and im sure the case of the game says 2.2ghz
the specs in my laptop are
windows vista home premium
intel core 2 Duo T5750 processor (2ghz, 2mb cache, 667mhz FSB)
3gb dual channel ddr22 memory
250 gig hard drive
integrated intel graphics media accelerator X3100
is like my computer too slow? i know it meets everything but maybe the graphics (im not a good graphics teller person) and maybe the processor speed, but when i installed it on my laptop it said my processor met the minimum requirement
oh and if the graphics are too low shouldn’t it still let me play? but like really laggy and on low resolution?
can someone help and stuff?
thanks for those answers that helps cause i was wondering why
ok so i need a new graphics card, What kind do i need or what kind would one of you recommend? cause i dont know that stuff either lol

It’s your graphics card. You can’t play games with most integrated graphics

From what i see to help maybe im not a computer expert but this always helps me maybe uninstall it and then reinstall it. But if u have Nvidia Geforce graphics card that might be why i dontthink u do because it’s a dell but u might if u have Nvida Geforce video card ur gonna have to find new drivers online for it.

It is your integrated graphics, that's not an actual graphics card, but a chip on the motherboard. Your processor should be fine because it's a dual core.

Your video card is hurting you. Actually, you don’t have a video card. On board video is the worst thing you can use when it comes to gaming. Also, graphics for a laptop is not upgradable so plan on buying a desktop if you want to play it properly. Most likely if you didn’t spend about $1k on that laptop, it’s too slow to run it.

all your components are good except the graphics card. laptops like urs arent meant for gaming, just basic computing. if you get an upgrade in the graphics, then you can play the game
edit: it'll be hard to add graphics card to a laptop, so i would stay away from games on ur laptop
