Hey I was choosing between the 2 too!
These 2 are quite similar shades. But you need to ask yourself a question:
Does foundation oxidize on your skin? I was told by every make-up sales assistant to take a shade one tone lighter than your skin tone so that when the foundation oxidizes, it'll turn slightly darker, and thus will be just nice for your skin. However, foundation NEVER oxidizes on my skin! I took slightly lighter tones in the past. They never 'turn darker'. So I ended up having different tones on my face and neck. Yes it was very ugly. I have since learned to take the exact shade of my skin.
If you have the same plight as me, I suggest u take NW20.
Personally I think a slightly darker shade will always look better than a slightly lighter one.

hello dear……i happen to work on a M.A.C counter…you CANNOT match a foundation from a photograph… you need to go to your nearest counter!…..what i can tell from your picture you are anywhere between and nc 20-25 or nw15-25!…..please do not order it online…..it will not be the right color for you!…that is why there are no shade descriptions on the website….because you need to go and get yourself matched!!!!
