Is Norton SystemWorks 2002 compatible with XP Service Pack 3?

I recently found an old copy of Norton SystemWorks 2002 while I was cleaning up. I was going to install it rather than shell out the money for the latest and greatest. But before I do, I was wondering if it would work right with XP Service Pack 3. After all, it IS 6 years old!
