No….steer clear of Norton Sytemworks…
If you want a great bit of software to clean up your PC then you should try something like TuneUp or Advanced System Optimizer.

you need to stop and think what it cost you and other people to run any windows operating systems and application software. because it is so insecure
When you have a better alternative, a more secure operating system which cost nothing what so ever, with over 250,000 professional application software packages that are free to download and use
This operating system is up to date, some 2009 versions have just been released and others will be released in the middle of December
with Linux you don’t need anti vius software
businesses use linux

norton anything isn't any good. if you want to know if i can recommend a good replacement, you're going to have add some more info there.

like if you want to clean up like cookies and things like that, or if you want to clean the registry, or defrag the hdd, or whatever.

ok, for the reg, get this program called CCleaner, it has a reg cleaner built in, just download (from the offical site, i think they still use filehippo), install, run, and there's a blue cube labeled reg cleaner or something like that, and yes you always want to backup the reg. (and not delete it until you have like a bunch of different backups from later scans)
