Is rqRKETJa.dll a virus? I see it in regedit and part of the startup process. I tried searching but i can’t find any answers.
It is residing in c:\windows\system32 also. Can you please help?
I have tried scanning my computer using avast, ad aware and superantispyware. avast and adaware does not recognize it but superantispyware, at first recognized it as a trojan. I tried deleting it and it said that it was successful. However, when I tried checking the regedit and the system32 folder, it was still there. Maybe it is a new trojan?

i am almost certain that it is, you can try removing it by using AVG which is free, or also malwarebytes

i think it is a virus, i cant find no information on it, to get rid of it u need a anti-virus like AVG or Eset. first if all go to msconfig and untick it from start up and then do a full system scan with ur AV and then it should be gone. but i think its wierd it came as a .dll they normally come as.bat or .exe maybe its a part of something you downloaded as windows based computers dont stop programs installing .dlls to system 32 files.
hope this helps!

You might need to disable System Restore and you might need to do the cleaning in Safe Mode. I suggest following this guide:

The fact that something in the system32 folder did NOT show up when I googled for it is almost a guarantee that it’s a virus - this is a good rule of thumb for anything that turns up in ANY Windows system folder.
