Is there a way to allow access to EVERY sight except for a few (mainly email sites) using internet explorer?

Is there a way to allow access to EVERY sight except for a few (mainly email sites) using internet explorer? We are having problems with people checking their email at work, but we don't want to block them from getting other information. I know about the tools->internet options->content advisor, but that blocks them all unless you type in the password, which we aren't giving out. If you know, that would be great! Thanks
