The reason for this question is because i have guitar hero 3 for ps3 and the les paul wireless controller but that controller keeps making me miss stuff and it doesnt always activate the colors that i push. I've given it brand new batteries over and over (all different brands of batteries too). Plus its uncomfortable. On the other hand i love the way the x-plorer feels. My friend has xbox 360 and i realize that i play the best when i use the x-plorer.

i've never had an issue with the less paul, and they're the same kind of contoller, the necks might be a bit different with the les paul having a thinker one, but the length and weitgh of th eguitar are the same. ther might be a lag on your system, check the options menu in the game to see if theres any info or options to fix this. and to answer your question, i would highly doubt it.
