I saw some people selling their games that had pokemon with lvl 100 pokemon, and all the items. My brother has a action replay and a game shark, but it doesn’t make the pokemon lvl 100…(on ebay, I saw people selling completed games) Did they use some special system, or self train them?! Thanks for the help.

Yes, there are way to many ways to cheat hack screw up the game to make all level 100 and shinies and so on and so forth.
