is there a way to permanently delete registry file?

i have 5 files from a leftover game that keep coming back to the registry and whenever i delete them they come back.. is there a way to permanently delete them?

      Try deleting them in safe mode or use a registry cleaner if regedit is not working.

      first go to the search option in windows and search for whatever your trying to get rid of after youve did this go and get registry booster by uniblue

      download hijackthis, check over it to see if theres a process running related to the game that is still running. Hijack this has an excellent online community who will help with this
