Is there a way to uninstall the Windows 7 beta?

I did an install of Windows 7 Beta on a separate hard drive so I still have XP installed but I want to uninstall it so that it doesn’t show up under my boot options and I just want it off of my computer. I want to do this without reinstalling the OS. I saw one thing that said Windows 7 Beta should show up in the Add/Remove Programs list when I load up XP but it doesn’t. Any way to do this?
